I am DEWORRIER. Organizing is in my blood. I like lists and to-do lists. In addition, I like to roll up my sleeves and I'm not afraid to get dirty. I do everything I can to complete my task and I prefer to do that in a close-knit team. Honesty and loyalty are very important to me. I know my qualities and I am honest with myself and my colleagues about what I can and cannot do. The best thing I like to do is make other people happy, hospitality is of course leading in that.

Will you be our new production hero? Deworrying is growing fast and that is why we are immediately looking for an all-round production employee (minimum 32 hours). Together with the production team, you ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail during a festival or other leisure concept - from placing fences to managing catering staff. Deworrying takes care of all aspects of an event/leisure concept.

We are looking for starters who want to learn how to organize a complete festival. You will gain hands-on experience at different types of events we are producing this season – from big ones dance events like Mysteryland to food festivals. With the team, you are responsible for the entire set-up and breakdown of a festival and you learn all the ins and outs of productions. You learn so much that you may even be able to grow to lead your team.

What’s in it for you?

You will gain valuable experience in the large logistics productions that we run every week. Because you have to lead and direct large groups of people, you will learn everything about management and communication, which will of course serve you very well for the rest of your career. In addition, you get:

  • A competitive salary;
  • A on the job training where you gain experience at more than 270 events we are producing this season – from festivals to sporting and business events;
  • A flexible job with career opportunities;

  • The start of a large network in festivals and events;
  • Challenging work that is so varied and fun that you sometimes forget you are working;
  • After a long day at work, a cold beer, and relaxation.

What should you already be, have, and be able to do as a starting Deworrier?

  • You are flexible (also during nights and weekends);
  • You have MBO / HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have a proactive attitude and are eager to learn - don't talk but polish;
